Feldenkrais is an educational method that is designed to improve the way we move. Exploring these movement lessons helps improve posture, movement ability, and reduces the risk for falls, aches and pains that are commonly mistaken to be a normal part of aging. Because Feldenkrais is grounded in awareness, it also cultivates mindfulness, helping to heal the mind and spirit as much as the body.
